Tried everything ivermectin, zero therapy, anti dandruff shampoos bha you name it, dont even know if its fungal rosacea or something entirely different, help, i manifests as little uniform whiteheads that pop easily but leave a red mark for months, all over chin cheeks sometimes forehead and nose
