Last week I bought a pair of APP3 and after a week of having them it fell out of my ear one day and fell in the sink. The noise cancellation and the speakers were clearly messed up and I needed to get a new pair. I thought since I had AppleCare they’d just cover it and give me a new one, at worst pay the $29 service fee cost. I go to the BestBuy that Apple told me to schedule through their website and it’s closer to my house and they tell me water damage isn’t covered and I’ll need to pay $70 for another bud. I’ve seen countless people in here get a whole new bud/pair after a washing machine cycle so I don’t know what the issue is, is it just Best Buy being fucking idiots and I should go to the Apple Store or is this normal?
