I don't know how to explain it, but in the center of my abdomen below my ribs, but above my belly button, there's this sensation. It has the feeling like when you've been startled.

For me right now, it's doing a lesser startle sensation with any movement. I'll have random thoughts, or see something random, and it'll get worse for a second. It prevented me from falling asleep right away last night.

I have it right now as a type this. The act of typing (because my hand is moving), is making the sensation slightly worse versus being completely still.

What even is this and how did you stop it?😕
