Accidentally killed two buddies. We were in our base on prison island and my friend was introducing the game to his friend. This was legit the guys first time. They looted several towns on the way, until happening on a boat to take them to base.
We heard a boat approaching and assumed it was a neighboring group who bases somewhere around k-town. They had breached one of our walls a couple days before.
They didn't warn us they were coming, didn't even know they were online, so I unloaded on them, ruined all their gear. New guy rage quit. Hopefully he comes back around.
Pardon my shit aim, I'm usually a better shot. I also kept shooting because I've had shots glitch through tree branches and not register as hits on the person. So I just pumped them full of .308.
0 days since friendly fire.
Lesson learned, let your friends know you're approaching base!

I'm moving up north from the deep south. I've been in the union a year and a half, and I did non union work for about 4 years before that. I love being in the union and I'm excited to live in a state where the union is much stronger. I am a bit nervous about them accepting me, however.
What can I do to increase my chances of them accepting me?
