My A1c was as high as 12! I was on death's doorstep. I could barely function. I lost 50lbs on my own but my A1c only went to 9. Then hopped on Mounjaro (5mg) and I'm finally in the 7s.

I'm trying to figure out my next move. I've completely changed my eating. No sodas. Significantly reduced sweets and processed carbs. Never drank alcohol. I don't want to lose any more weight but want to get to the 5s.

I was thinking of microdosing Retatrutide in between my MJ shots. Or even hopping on MotsC to help with insulin resistance. Any advice would be appreciated.

fyi. I am going to have to hop on a statin based on doc's orders.
