A few months ago we launched a SaaS product with a Shopify integration and quickly realized that getting users was harder than building the product.
What surprised us most was that people were already out there asking for help on Reddit and X, we just weren’t catching those moments in time. So instead of waiting for people to find us, we built Hy-phen to help surface the conversations where someone is actively looking for what you offer.
The idea is simple: find the right posts earlier, join them naturally, and spend less time searching for leads manually. It’s also been useful for seeing what competitors are showing up for and how they’re engaging in similar spaces.
