Roof inspection suggestions

I'm looking for recommendations on someone to come and look at my roof and not storm chasers or salesmen. I want to get an honest opinion from someone I can trust to shoot me straight rather than trying to make a sale. A new roof is not in my budget at the moment as I just bought the house.

It was raining when I had my inspection, therefore the inspector told me he could not properly inspect the roof. I know it's not that old, I believe it was done in 2018, however my concerns are I suspect the shingles are Certainteed Independence shingles and I do suspect just by looking at it with my untrained eye that it was not a professional install which concerns me since it may need to be redone sooner rather than later, so I need to start saving and planning, so I need to get some idea of what a professional thinks. Just looking for an honest person to give me an assessment on it.

So I spoke to my asesor today regarding my proposed 2027 property taxes as they've increased my valuation by $30k which seems excessive. They did come in at my loan amount, I just purchased last November. However $10k of my loan was seller concessions and loan costs and also a neighboring house just closed for only $9k higher and it's 3x times the liveable sq footage. When I tried to politely make those arguments, I was essentially told they are trying to effectively catch up all the tiny homes to what home prices have been. They said they will come out and look but basically it sounds like it's pretty unlikely that they will reconsider their evaluation. I'm starting to regret my purchase.
