After a month of ghosting, they contacted me for a line manager interview because may openings daw sila ulit. I already have an offer from another company (and their culture seems great!), and I'm waiting for Unilever results as well. However, my internship should start June na so I'm running out of time.

I really want to get into Nestle din though, so I'm not sure if I should wait for the chance to get offered internship or accept ko na yung offer ng company na 'to. I don't think Unilever will be a problem since I just need to attend Business Week and defer my internship any time (though I will need to ask to take a week off...)

Hello! For context, I am currently a voluntary intern at a government-owned company. Patapos na yung hours ko pero very flexible naman yung hours ko, as in I can do it sa weekends or holidays. I can even delay it to August if I'd like. Dapat early April ako nag-start, pero may delays sa papers so nakapagstart ako last week of April. Super short lang din hours niya (not exact, but less than 100)

However, I have an academic internship coming up din, so I'm applying for that role din specifically.

Option 1

Accept Company 1's offer. Next week na yung orientation, pero I asked if I can delay as long as I attend the orientation day (which I'm available naman). Finals week kasi namin next week, and I have to travel for personal reasons the following week. They are asking what day I can start lang. I can probably start June 25.

Other things to note: mahirap magcommute sa area nila, 'di pa siya paid. But the reviews I've seen for their internship program are good naman! I also really loved my interviews with them. Sobrang dali din nila kausapin with regards to follow-ups and instructions.

Option 2

Wait for Company 2's offer. May isa pa akong interview to pass lang. Pero June siya start, which is my ideal date to start! The area is easier to commute to than Option 1. Kahit pa BGC, mataas naman allowance. Pero by the time I get results, lampas na yung orientation sa Option 1.

Medyo tough lang yung competition to Company 2, but my first interview went really great (as in sinabihan ako mismo ng interviewer na she believes I'm a good fit for the role without me prompting anything 😭). I feel like if hindi ako pumasa, I will get offered an internship somewhere naman... or baka wishful thinking lang. 😭😭😭 Pansin ko sa mga nagrerecruit ngayon is must start ASAP e. Worse comes to worst gagawin kong academic requirement yung current internship ko.

hahahha sorry ang haba but if anyone can entertain me, what are your thoughts about this ano pipiliin ninyo and why? dnsjdkskdk SOBRANG GULONG GULO NA AKOOOOO sabay pa talaga toh sa finals!!!
