me and my husband have gone through 2 bed frames in our almost 6 year relationship. first one was wood and the one we currently have now is metal. we keep running into the same issue and that we need a bed frame that can handle our intimate life.
now listen! we don’t have some crazy out there escapades, but the wooden one we ended up cracking and now the metal one squeaks, which can put a damper on the mood.
we would need something that can hold roughly 400 pounds (that includes the mattress weight) or more because i am assuming that if it can tolerate more weight we probably won’t run into this issue for (hopefully) a long time if at all. if anyone can recommend a good solid bed frame, that would be just amazing. i know this is sort of a silly explanation, but we have tried to do research before which led us to this current bed frame because we saw reviews of other couples classifying it as “super sturdy” and it’s lasted us like 2 years and now creaks and moves around anytime one of us even just gets out of bed.
