Vibration plats, and weights
Has anyone else tried a CRT, 8 Oz or weight, and a stand-on vibration exercise plate?
Get an erection, and place the CRT. That way you will have the maximum amount of loose skin in there after the erection subsides. Add two of those tungsten weights that he sells and then flip it over the waistband of your shorts before standing on the vibration plate
...and get ready 😉
10 to 15 minutes gives you literally thousands of little oscillations that gently tug everything back and forth.
I am not sure of the efficacy just yet as I just started this a couple of days ago but it seems very promising. Dynamic movement seems to be preferred over static set and forget.
