So, i'm a 56 yr old male with agoraphobia. Haven't left the house in over 4 years. Do not have a primary care physician. I'm wondering if some of my recent issues could be heart related. I wake up feeling ok, after a small breakfast i get lightheaded and have to sit for an hour. I then walk on treadmill for 10 mins and the dizziness starts again. I then take a hot shower and it subsides. Any time i eat i have to sit/lay down cause i feel horrible. No matter what i eat. Is the hot shower increasing blood flow to my brain maybe? Is that why it helps? Is there something i can do to make this stop? I walk 1 mile a day on treadmill (10 mins 2x) I eat healthy and i do not eat sugar. Could it be that my brain needs glucose?
