Is it worth it to get a countertop induction unit?
Question is in the title. I just moved out of my brother's house into an apartment that has a brand new GE glass top electric stove. He had an induction cooktop. The amount of time that it takes to heat up a pan on the glass top vs. his induction cooktop is crazy. And it stays hot forever. I will only have a window unit in this place in the summer so I'm wondering if it's worth it to get a countertop induction unit and just use that instead. If you think so any recommendations would be great thanks!
