Is there a way to resolve this without a factory reset?

For a while now I've had to input the BitLocker 48-Digit Recovery Key on every power-on, which, whilst annoying, was fine, but this time I'm met with this screen. From brief research online I have the option of a factory reset but I have important files on here which I need to keep access to. Can this be fixed through other recovery methods or contacting Microsoft support?
