Tip from someone who Just found out about this.

I was browsing the tips of the volt abilities, and when I got to the end I noticed this. Did anyone else know this. Including my fellow Volt/Volt Prime enjoyers.

for anyone who noticed, yes I did subsume embers fire blast over electric shield mostly because I have found more use for it with the build I have.
