Having a little rant, because I just do not understand how Purple Bricks continues to exist (well, I do, because it's free at the point of entry and we all love a bargain).

I am looking at a house at the moment and in order to put an offer in, I have to download an app. If my offer is accepted, I have to pay a non refundable 80 quid MLR fee (my own agent and conveyancer already charging me for such a privilege) and the functionality of their app and website is shoddy at best.

There are two houses we are considering and whilst the PB one is every so slightly more to my taste, we're considering going with the other just to not give PB business.
