Should i even apply? Reductions on the NHS
So I've really wanted a reduction for as long as I can remember but I really dont have £10K flying around (or any money tbh) so it's always felt like something that I could just never do.
I'm 22, 57-59kg, 5'2", size 30HH.
I experience neck, shoulder and back pain which isn't helped by my bras and just generally experience a lot of discomfort. I find it very challenging to sleep comfortably, find it hard to exercise, and struggle with my posture. Sometimes I feel like there's just no comfortable state to exist in because being without a bra can be painful too.
From what I've read so far it doesn't look like I'll be able to get it funded on the nhs but if there's any chance I'd really like to try. Getting this surgery privately is pretty much out of the question right now and probably for the foreseeable future so a long waiting list wouldn't put me off.
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if it's even worth trying. I know there's plenty of people who have it much worse than me who haven't been given it but it can't hurt to try right?
