hey guys just wanna ask some more experienced gamers with knowledge -

getting mini pc with 1.4dp/16gb ram/usb4or3 will be enough instead of notebook?
all i care about is to keep my oled 144fps/4k

and if main pc is intel - mini pc can be ryzen that shouldnt be issue right? or intel is more recommended in that scenario?
