I do see a pattern here or I'm just unlucky?

More context here. Had hired a lawyer few months back to file a suit. He wasted a hell lot of time and secretly communicated with the opposing party and never filed anything under the pretext of doing some solid ground work and research.

The end result was that I had to hire another lawyer. Second one was no less useless. He drafted a plaint riddled with obvious errors such as writing sentences in passive voice that completely changed the meaning. Even to upload the documents, he sought more money.

If the above experiences were not enough then the third one hired contacted the opposing party on day 2 of our communication after I shared a document that contained a phone no. of the opposing party.

All in all, none of them skipped an opportunity to sabotage my cause. They misused time and information whenever possible.

I see that many lawyers take pride in delaying filings perpetually and making the client land in more trouble so the dependence quotient shoots up exponentially.

Last but not least, I won't say that all lawyers are like I came across above. I have met few who are top notch but not accepted fees I offered voluntarily.

Can someone reaffirm my faith in the legal profession or should I suspect every person in the black gown as a potential snitch?

Scorching heat makes running almost impossible. Remaining hydrated becomes a challenge. I am finding it difficult everyday to do a mid distance run because soon I start running I feel thirsty and have to take a sip of water. Though drinking water while running is all normal but still the question is how many times should I have it and how much?

You may choose not to respond if you find the questions childish.
