After more than a decade working in-house as a designer for one brand, I’m back on the job market.

Because I’ve been in this full-time role for so long, most of my portfolio consists of work created for that brand.

My question is: how would you approach building a portfolio in this situation?

Would you create personal/concept work to help round it out?

Or just add everything (your best work only obv) you’ve done for the brand?
