What would be a good setup for a teen who is just getting into vinyl?

He’s purchased a few vinyl records but has no equipment to listen.

Ideally I think he would enjoy a system that can play vinyl, and stream music to his Bluetooth headphones. As a bonus, he’s also expressed interest in CDs. Speakers would be secondary need.
