Unfortunately the STR boost for Big Hitter doesn't give some of my Edges Double or Nothing - should I go with Hybrid or another chemistry instead?

I have all three pieces because I pulled an Oluokun redux - just bought Brown and Pola-Mao.

Which of the 3 options for Chemistry is best? All 3 give the speed boost, thankfully
