After spending more time than I liked to admit, I was contacting the wrong people. Here's what you do; contact the number below and let them know about the deal. Mention how you know people that got this deal with newer cars. The guy on the phone put me on hold for 2 minutes and sent me a link to complete the transaction. Boom! After going back and forth with the regular customer service line/chat group they routed me to their corporate team who are able to really handle things!
