Hi. I’m currently in the process of applying for a D-10 visa but unsure about what to provide for the proof of address. I’m living with my girlfriend in an officetel that she rents as a business unit and this is where we plan to live for now. If I use this address and provide her contract as proof, will immigration flag us or her for living here when we shouldn’t be? Are there any other options I can consider?
