My first molar width is around 34mm, It’s hard to get an exact measurement.

I struggle with nasal breathing and sleeping, inhaler doesn’t help so my guess is the nasal bone but I’m not sure.

My head is very narrow compared to my width (biggest insecurity and i’d love to have that fixed)
