A cursory look online pointed me towards an npc called King Dong, that would let me create an arena team for a small donation of gold. But when I found him and talked to him there were no visible options to create an arena team for me. I was party leader when I did this.

Am I missing something? How does one make an arena team in tbc classic anniv?
