It’s been a long time since I did one of these. Also, hello to all the new fans who have joined since I last did one of these Mod Discussions.

So to keep this simple on why this discussion is happening. I want to know how we can improve the experience of this subreddit. But first, I’ll like to address some housekeeping rules.

1. Reaching out to people to ask for tickets outside of the ticket office exchange and/or unsolicited should not be happening at all. Consider this the final warning before bans start happening.
