So how long can a person survive if he only sleeps 2 hours a day and works like a machine for the rest of the day and only eats 1500 calories of food ( asking for a friend) 😞🥺💔

How much you guys walk daily I try to at least reach 17000 steps a day is tis good ☹️☹️☹️I remember specialist hall used to walk a lot too she used to post her step counts 😭

I think men are better looking then women in terms of looks if they reach there a full potential lookswise cuz when you see animals males are always more majestic then female animals and when it comes to humans people think it's opposite cuz women put there too much time and effort to looks beautiful while most men don't even care that's why an average men gets mogged by an average women but when you look at top models or top actors like Henry Cavill or Alfredo delacruz they look completely unreal cuz they have reached there full potential but on the other hand a women at her full potential still needs makeup and stuff and if they both stand side by side a man like Henry Cavill Alfredo delacruz or Vito basso will always outshine even the most prettiest women on the planet even with makeup 😭
