They don't say that on their telegram channel or dot net site. some ppl say their telegram and dot net site are not actually theirs but rather a scam. but last time something like this happened and they were literally on the korean news that same telegram channel and dot net site gave accurate information about their comeback.
I know that the new korean law will make it so hard to maintain a site because they can block sites as soon as they find them without waiting for a Judge's permission, but it doesn't even take effect until May 11th so why shutdown earlier? what's the point? if the founder had to flee to Japan after a manhunt and that couldn't stop him I'm not so convinced that he would stop just because of this law that didn't even take effect yet.
