Beyond Camo Cloaks and Librarians are capes and cloaks reserved for Captains? Would having them on other officers and command staff be out of place? Would it feel Like an Ultramarine aesthetic?
I'm asking for the point of you of our general acceptance of the Codex, I'm not looking for permission to use my artistic license or asking if GW will confiscate my minis for doing it.
What are you thoughts?
