How is it, I live in pune and want coaching for ssb. I have good command over English and want help

Mail randomly opens up and freezes over, I've asked ai and it said it's looking for updates and I can't just stop it manually. I have to force quit it evryime because it becomes unresponsive. I've tried removing all accounts from it still dosent work. The thing is in a student and when I give tests online it detects the mail opening as a tab switch and 3 strikes I'm out so..
