I have a non-running Seiko 66b movement I've gotten running again, but it's running at very low amplitude (~90 deg) and stops at certain positions. After close inspection of the gear train, this pinion looks like it could be out of true.

Would this be sufficient to cause such low amplitude? All the pivots and jewels look fine, and I haven't noticed any issues with end shake on the gear train.
