I actually got LOI for A4 on 31st Dec through diversity hiring. I m fresher from 26 batch and due to current volatile market worried for onboarding and projects. Due to stupid cllg placement policy not able to apply for other companies visiting on campus and off campus its overwhelming to go in walk in drives and tbh I get scared that my 4 years of graduation is becoming equivalent to nothing. I can't discuss this thing with my frnds cause for them I atleast have a LOI while they have nothing so I avoid to mention this infront of them. But generally when do the freshers get their DOJ and in training what things do they focus on and can I get the training materials from somewhere? Pls help me out
