Ran 10 miles for the first time

I’ve been running for just shy of 4 months now but had no structure or intention with my running. All I knew was that I needed to become more proficient so I had been running 3-5 miles 5 times a week depending how how I was feeling that day. This week I finally structured my split in consideration to both my lifting and my running because I realized 5x 2 a days was negativity affecting both my lifts and my runs.

Today was my first “long run” day so I decided I’d do double digit miles for the first time and it felt good. I’m hoping to attempt a half marathons worth of miles soon seeing as this run felt pretty comfortable.
