I have two rackets:

1. Head Extreme MP 2024 which I use for fun when I want power and spin, I have Lynx Tour @24kg but found it too stiff.
2. Head Speed MP 2022: which I plan to use for matches and consistency.

I’m thinking to use Yonex Tour Pro on my Extreme to tame it, and add Velocity MLT on the Speed for added power.

I have no elbow or wrist issues. Any recommendations or other ideas on strings or tension? I am a recreational player.
