Black and unresponsive screen

I’ve recently noticed that my S23 Ultra is lagging so much, despite having one of the best Snapdragon chips. Until a few days ago, I thought it might be because I had 60GB left outta 512GB.

But what happened yesterday after I left my phone working normally for 20 minutes and went back to a dead black screen with no response to the power button or the charger.

So please if anyone has had the same issue as me let me know how you deal with it.

So today I woke up feeling fresh and excited to resume my work, but unfortunately, no matter what I do, I keep getting this internal error, and I can't explain how frustrating and irritating this is getting

Is anyone here having the same problem, and if so, how did you get it fixed?

So I have been using Google AI Studio for almost a year now, and sometimes I come across this problem from time to time, and recently it started to occur more frequently, and it is affecting me cause each time it happen i have to take a break and try again later, which is affecting my working schedule on my project.
