There is a lot to sift through online. I'm going to lend a hand to any new creatine user or even seasoned ones and break it down real smooth.
Creapure is German creatine and is more pure than Chinese creatine which is where just about all the rest of it comes from.
Micronized creatine is just creatine monohydrate only processed to be smaller for easier absorption.
Load phase is not needed and can even put undue stress on the body, bloating etc. Be patient and take 5g per day, you'll be fully saturated in about 3 weeks.
It should be taken with a high carb high protein meal within 30 minutes after finishing a work out.
Some people get stomach aches. To avoid this, follow this method.
Buy Creatine made from creapure
Do not do load phase
Mix 5g into lukewarm water until fully dissolved
Consume within 30 minutes of finishing workout
Consume with a carb and protein heavy meal
When consuming it, drink it SLOWLY. Do not chug it. Drink it over the course of 20 minutes while you eat. It can draw water into intestines, people chug it and then wonder why they have to shit.
Drink at least 1 gallon of water everyday with it if you are exercising. It can dehydrate you.
After 2-3 months take a month off it. This point might get some hate, but the truth is when you supplement creatine, your body's natural creatine production decreases. It is good to come off of it to remind your body of its natural levels.
