I contacted PurjFam on insta but was wondering if anyone knows the solution to this.

I bought it few months ago and now even with the recommended water level (as always) its been getting the water into the hose mid sesh. I take off the hose and celar the water but it repeats the same thing with water getting inside.

Is it the black seal that needs a replacement or anything specific??
