Unfortunately this is all I can remember about the song. In the second verse or so two girls are trying to get into a club by bribing a bouncer with 10 dollars (pounds?) and then also with a kiss (followed by a "mwah" soundbite inserted into the song). In the club they spot them guys but they barely look 17 (maybe 16?) and decide to leave instead.

The song was a fairly fast tempo, sung by a female vocalist and not quite rap but mostly spoken rather than sung. I think the rest of the lyrics in the song had a "let's get drunk" "let's party" vibe.

Does anyone know a song this could apply to? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions
