Twice in a row they ordered the wrong tire. I don't know about you, but when my car has to go in the shop I have to make all sorts of work arrangements and call in favors make it happen.
Twice now, I dropped the car off with them, only to get a call that they ordered the wrong tire and I have to come back again in a couple days. Both times I had to go several days without the car.
What pisses me off, is they don't give a shit. They just act like it's someone else's problem
Then the bill had shit on it they I didn't ask for and they didn't tell me about. This was after a really annoying sales process where they are trying to bullshit about "tire laws" and regulations that don't exist.
The final fuck you after all this bullshit was watching my hubcap roll away as I was driving home because they didn't put it on correctly.
