Since a few weeks I have a Rytm which is connected to C/D of my Octatrack going CUE out with a Thru machine. I’ve recorded ext. before. This time I want to use a Pickup machine to record a loop from a Thru machine with a one shot trig to activate and mute the Thru track after a bar or so.

The problem is I now get audio even without a trig. Many times i was trying to figure out, while scratching my head, why I hear no audio when I forgot to put a trig. This time it’s the opposite.

Please help!
