Looks like it's not just Starbucks' decaf that's a problem. Even 1.5g of instant decaf can keep you up at night.

I had it at 4 p.m. I was so worried about insomnia that I went for a 3.5-kilometer walk in the evening and took a magnesium pill before bed.

I lay down at 9:30, but it took me two hours to fall asleep. I went to the toilet three times during the night. The first two times, I went back to bed and fell asleep again. But after the last time at 4 a.m., I just couldn't fall back asleep for no reason.

I lay there with my eyes closed for two hours. It was torture, and I finally managed to doze off.

You're really something, caffeine!
