The description for Oiled states that it quadruples ignite damage, but if you use it with an Ignition Tank, does it just add another 300% as if you were stacking another tank, or does it actually multiply ignite damage by 4?

In other words, does it add like this:

[Initial Ignite Damage] + [Ignition Tank] + [Oiled] = [Total Ignite Damage]

100% + 300% + 300% = 700%

Or does it multiply like this:

([Initial Ignite Damage] + [Ignition Tank]) * [Oiled] = [Total Ignite Damage]

(100% + 300%) * 4 = 1600%

Or does it work another way and I'm just stupid?
