Flew from Omaha to vegas night

Getting ready to take off

Then 2 very large people got off the plane and we waited a hour before they came back in

Had heard they wanted them to buy extra seat

Problem was plane was completely full

Captain said they missed seated

They went to the back of the plane

Not sure where/how they sat

I can't believe we waited a hour for 2 large people

People behind us were going to miss their flight connection

Amy other time if you don't

get the gate on time you are told to bad

Southwest do better !!!

You affected and delayed a whole plane for a hour waiting on 2 very large people

Flying to vegas from Omaha tomorrow with my son and his friend

They are young and don't care where they sit so they got basic

I did basic too then thought I better upgrade so I didn't get stuck in the back middle seat

I paid $87 for row 5 window seat

My son checked in a hour later and got row 7 ?

How/why ??
