What do you do when you see a blurry photo of a dot but the person who saw it gave it a species ID? Do add an ID as a perching bird because that is the level of identification that I can be sure of? Do I add a data quality assessment that says we cannot improve on the ID? Do I ignore it?

There are some old observations like this in my area that I’m tired of leaving hanging.
