Crying while I write this. Thank you to everyone who gave input as to what could have been wrong. It turned out to be cushings which a few people suggested. For anyone who doesn’t know what it is because I didn’t, she has a tumor pushing on her pituitary gland leading to excess cortisol. All her symptoms lined up with that very well. She’d have been 14 this year. We all swore it came out of nowhere and the vet said that she would decline very fast. She’s off to the great gig in the sky. The best girl. Her family got her a burger and cheese curds and the vet gave her expensive chocolate right beforehand. These are the last pics we’ll have of her. After she ate the burger she got her last toy and it was just like she used to be. Hold your babies tight
