What, if anything, is replacing it ( or has),??

Every so often while at the Rocket site(?) the Security Scan will just freeze up and remain in scanning mode no matter who stands in the red scan area. The sounds like it's scanning but you can see no progress is being made. Even if I jump back into old Tessie, drive the map and return the scanning is still on but won't make any progress effectively stalling the game at this step. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix or workaround so the game can progress?
