Hello! I have been experiencing lower back pain for the last 3 days. I first noticed this pain waking up one morning. I’d say the sleep was excellent so I’m unsure if I possibly hurt myself during my sleep or if it was earlier the day before and it just took my body a while to catch up. The pain I would describe as close to the feeling of soreness the day after a hard workout. I feel the pain when laying down, taking deep breaths, reaching behind me, sneezing, bending over, etc. When I’m standing, sitting up right, or walking I don’t feel it. I’m unsure if it may be a pull. I’m also 2 months postpartum and had an epidural due to emergency c-section. Please let me know some of your experiences with what I’ve described. What did you take or do to help and did it end up being an extended problem?
