We're able to send when we're done speaking now, so it doesn't cut us off anymore. It's nice having a variety of characters to talk to. ( I like Falstaff better than Lily.) And we can ask questions and get help in the middle of a lesson. And I'm not asked the same repetitive questions over and over again. The lessons actually move forward. I love when companies actually listen to the consumer and make improvements. Well done, Duo!
