I accidentally got myself into a position where someone important at work, someone who I hope to impress, believes that my passion for excel and my passion for AI combine into AI Excel-lence... and now I've been appointed to hold a training for their team!

So... I need help please.

What are the Claude 101s that I can learn, and then teach, to a team of extremely talented accountants who want help optimising the way they use excel...?

From what I've been told, they are keen to learn the basics so the fact they aren't using AI in their BAU is a good starting point. And my nerdy passion for excel spreadsheets gives me a teeny tiny leg to stand on.
