I've recently watched another version of this story and I've come across this one. BUT THE SUBS ARE OF POOR QUALITY. Like every other dialogue doesn't get subbed.

Basically, in the past, princess saved the regent (without knowing each other's identity). Regent asked for compensation or reward, and princess said she doesn't need money. What she wanted was for the nation to be healthy and prosperous. Regent looked for princess since he fell in love. By the time he found her, she was already murdered. FL also thought it was the regent who caused her assassination. Regent fulfilled princess' wish and once he did, he died.

Now, princess transmigrated into modern FL body acquiring a system that instructs her to follow the plot as a side villain. Also, Modern Husband is the reincarnation of the regent (he doesn't have memories of his past life, but throughout the drama, he gains flashes and pieces bit by bit). Original modern FL body has poor relationship with husband and son. On the verge of divorce, and she abuses her son.

Princess change in personality makes family loves her yada yada yada.

Looking for info abt this actor. He looks like Shi Kang from Temu (sorry). Drama name on tiktok is "The Moon That Never Looks Back". Couldn't find any other info on my own.
